Barloworld Logistics required us to launch their internal feedback app which would be accessible through their intranet network called "i-cubed". The software affords any staff member the opportunity to make their voices heard by submitting alternative solutions or idea's to their business leaders. Submitted ideas are reviewed by senior staff and if specific criteria are met - the idea will be implemented across the business and the idea generator rewarded significantly for their contribution.
